Dr. Oz claims many things for weight loss. He states that eating certain fruits make you lose weight. He claims that the HCG diet, injections of the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), will drastically make you lose weight. Are his statements true, or are they just to boost sales and show viewers?
dr oz claims that african mango, raspberry ketone, green coffee bean extract, and many other superfruit will make you lose that extra winter coat of fat. Based on research, with the african mango, not only is the body more able to get rid of fat, but it is also proven to lower cholesterol. A remarkableand unexplained outcome of the african mango is that it lowers LDL cholesterol. LDL cholesterol is the bad cholesterol. LDL is the kind of cholesterol that hardens arteries and can lead to cardiac arrest. Raspberry ketone is proven to have similar effects. Green coffee bean extract reduces glucose levels in your body, so unlike coffee or caffeine based diets, the jittery, and nervous effect doesn’t occur.
dr oz strongly believes that the HCG injections will lower weight loss. This diet requires injections of HCG, or human chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone found in pregnant women. Like in pregnant women, the body thinks that there is a fetus to feed. Your body, in response to the “fetus,” feeds all the fat to the imaginary child. When it doesn’t find one, it gets flushed out of your system. The bad thing about these injections is that you must give yourself a shot every day. If you can handle this vigorous eight week no carb way of life, you then have to go into a four week maintenance plan. Dr. Oz never mentioned that this “super diet” takes 12 weeks. He leads on that it is instant.
While Dr. Oz is right about all of his statements, he did not mention how long some of these quick fix weight loss plans actually take. While it may seem that he is just trying to up ratings, his beliefs in these products are correct. He just needs to work on getting all of the information out!
